Steve is a thought leader and speaker on wellness and medical transformations for driven professionals. Mr. Adams is a former corporate banker and veteran entrepreneur. Steve grew up in Lansing, Michigan as the son of an auto worker. He went on to university and became the first college graduate with an MBA in his family.
Steve’s first career was banking at the National Bank of Detroit (1986 – 1996), which later merged with Chase. At NBD, he moved through the retail, then corporate banking divisions, becoming one of the top-producing bankers in an $80 billion international bank. He later managed a $1BN syndication portfolio for Associated Bank – Green Bay, WI (1998 – 1999). His last role in banking was as Michigan President of Irwin Union Bank (1999 – 2002).
After banking, Steve’s first venture was a retail organization inside a new franchised pet superstore concept (1996 – 2017). Steve, his partners, and his team innovated and developed many approaches, which the franchisor later adapted nationally. This organization grew to 44 units in 6 states with 700 employees and approximately $100mm in revenues. At the time of Steve’s exit, the company led the chain nationally in various growth, operational, employee engagement, and customer loyalty metrics.
Steve is currently developing Tiger Medical Institute into a world-class health transformation brand. Tiger serves driven professionals seeking health transformation.

In 2008, Steve founded International Business as Mission (www.ibam.org), an international non-profit providing entrepreneurial training and start-up funding for individuals in developing nations.
Steve has been married to his wife, Heidi for over 35 years and has two adult children and one grandchild.
